Return Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the order date to request a return. We do not refund for change of mind.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it; the item must not be worn or used, altered or washed, and must have its swing tags original tags attached

To start a return, you can fill out our Return FormYou’ll also need to send proof that the item is in good condition by uploading images on the return form. If your return is accepted, we will send a return address. There is a size chart for every specific item, therefore we only accept exchange if the item does not fit. Customers must pay for the return shipping costs if the item does not fit. We will send you instructions on how and where to send your package.  

Once we received your returned parcel, we will inspect the items to make sure the items have not been used. If we suspect the items have been used or worn we have the right to reject the refund, credit note or exchange the item, and you will have to pay for the postage to be sent back to you. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Marianne Jones is not liable for any cost, delay, damage or loss in connection with the transport and return of the goods to us. If you are shipping an item over $70, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item/s so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items 
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like items that you may have used, custom products (such as special orders or personalised items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products).

  • For hygiene reasons, swimwear and lingerie will not be accepted under the returns policy so please choose your items carefully.

Refunds are strictly not provided on sale or promotional purchases. Store credit will be provided in the form of a digital gift card, valid for online purchases for 12 months. All return postage costs on sale items will be at the customer's expense. Any items received that do not meet the above criteria will not be processed for store credit. Once we receive your return, we will access and process your store credit within 1-7 business days. MARIANNE JONES is not responsible for the loss of store credit vouchers. 

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item. Contact us at

You may return and exchange your items, within 30 days, for a different size (subject to availability). Also, if for whatever reason the purchase is not what you expected, we are happy for you to return the item and you will be issued with a gift card of the order value, excluding shipping.

  • No reimbursement on postage costs for returned items unless the item is faulty
  • Any promotions mentioning 'Sale' or 'Discount' are not eligible for exchange, refund or return, unless faulty

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. The shipping cost will not be refunded. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
